Product overview
The box transformer is divided into three parts: the high-voltage chamber, the low-voltage chamber, and the transformer, which can be arranged in either the character "目" (eye) or the character "品" (pin).
The inner and outer surfaces of the cabinet are smooth and free of rust, with coating peeling and dent damage. The coating layer is firm and uniform, with no obvious contrast or reflection.
The base of the cabinet and all exposed metal parts are treated for corrosion and rust prevention, and a durable protective layer is sprayed.
The top cover of the cabinet is equipped with a sealed cover plate for rainproof protection and a square eave eaves. The double-layer structure of the top cover prevents heat radiation.
The design dimensions of the box shift door match the size of the equipment being installed. The box shift door uses an internal hinge, and all doors on the box body open outward, with an opening angle greater than 90°.
The enclosure is made of stainless steel plates and painted with imported automotive paint, all using pot paint, smoke-resistant, heat-resistant, mold-resistant, and highly weather-resistant outdoors. The area where the photovoltaic power station is located is characterized by low temperature, large temperature differences, high humidity, and frequent winds and sand. The transformer has reasonable protective structures, dustproof structures, and low-temperature resistance, meeting normal and safe operation requirements under harsh environmental conditions.
