Overview
The KYN550-12 indoor armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN550-12 switchgear) is our company's smallest-sized complete power distribution equipment, designed for 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and single busbar sectional systems. The KYN550-12 features five interlock functions: preventing the circuit breaker truck from being pulled out under load, preventing misoperation of the circuit breaker, preventing the circuit breaker from being closed when the grounding switch is in the closed position, preventing access to live compartments, and preventing closing the grounding switch when energized. Equipped with our company's indoor medium voltage sealed vacuum circuit breaker truck, it is a high-performance distribution device.
The compact size of the KYN550-12 saves a lot of distribution space for customers and is mainly used in commercial and industrial buildings, real estate, data centers, and other industrial power networks that require space-saving substations.
Standards
This switchgear meets IEC62271-200, GB3906, DL/T404, and other standard requirements. The protection level of the KYN550-12 switchgear enclosure is IP4X. When the circuit breaker compartment door is open and the truck is withdrawn, the protection level is IP2X.

Normal Operating Conditions
Ambient air temperature: max 40°C, min -25°C;
Altitude: maximum installation site altitude 2000m;
Humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%;
Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees;
Ambient air should be free from corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, and noticeable pollution;
No severe dirt or frequent strong vibrations. Extreme condition design should meet category 1 requirements.
Special Operating Conditions
For use beyond the normal environmental conditions specified in GB3906 and this technical specification, negotiation between the user and manufacturer is required.
